As a DJ, I have taken great pride in planning, fundraising, and delivering DJing projects for young female and nonbinary students in secondary schools, as well as for autistic children for Selextorhood. In my dual role as grant coordinator and project manager, I successfully cultivated positive relationships with 12 secondary schools across the West Midlands. I scheduled and coordinated 10 freelancers to impart DJing and production skills to these students. Leveraging my experience as Head of Music, I designed comprehensive learning schemes and conducted teacher training sessions on DJing and production for all involved freelancers.

 

Additionally, I have led impactful CPD training sessions, empowering secondary school teachers to effectively teach DJing in the music classroom.
